Black Creative Music at Dartmouth

During my time at the Dartmouth Libraries, I curated and created a digital collection and exhibit to document and make accessible the rich history of Black Creative Music at Dartmouth. The collection and exhibit feature recordings and stories from practitioners of the music, from Sun Ra to Bill Cole, from 1915 to present.

The digital collection is open to public streaming under Fair use. If you have issues with access, you can send an email to: digital.by.dartmouth.library@dartmouth.edu

Asian/American Activism at Dartmouth College

In my third year at Dartmouth, I began to research the history of Asian American Studies activism at Dartmouth. By my fourth year, this blossomed into a course I designed and TA’d with Professor Sunmin Kim in which 16 students continued my research and produced four digital exhibits about Asian/American Activism at Dartmouth more broadly. They drew attention to the vibrant lives of Asian/American students who carved out space to organize, express, and advocate for themselves.
